An Engagement Portrait Session is the beginning of our creative, fun, and working relationship with the to-be-married couple. Without a doubt, this session is the foundation of our success for our wedding day photography coverage. The opportunity we are given to get to know two individuals who are about to join their lives together is most important. Why? Learning your personalities and seeing how they fuse together in a casual setting helps us create more personalized wedding day memories for you. On the big day we’ll already know how we can approach the two of you, how we can pose you, based on the experience we had during the engagement session. Some people are more reserved or traditional, some are entirely relaxed and outgoing from the beginning. Trust us, we do not have the time to figure all this out on the day of the big celebration!

Engagement Portrait Sessions are included as a FREE component in our wedding packages. We encourage everyone to try to make this fun one-hour of practice happen before the big day. Without an engagement session we feel almost lost on the wedding day…
