Family Portrait on unique Tahoe Winter Day

Joining Michele and her gorgeous Family for a portrait session was a great start to this New Year of 2016!
It started out a bit stormy, but then conditions calmed down and we found ourselves in the most unique Tahoe Winter Light. No sunshine, but plenty of stunning drama over the lake and the mountains.
Everyone had a fun time and never noticed the cold.

    Hi there!

For the past two years my husband and I (plus our two furry children) have had portrait sessions taken by a photographer based out of Santa Cruz. In turn, we select a few photos and use one for our holiday cards.

This year, we wanted to pursue a more “festive” family portrait- hopefully somewhere snowy. This led me to research photographers in Tahoe, and I came across you!

Last year, our portrait session was about 45 minutes long. While the photographer got some great photos, we felt like this was too long and almost unnecessary. At this point we aren’t looking for several different poses and pictures; we just want 10-20 high-quality photos in which we select one or two to grace our annual holiday card!

Do you offer any “micro-sessions,” and do you have availability before Christmas? What are your price points?

    Thank you very much,

    Sarah Johnson
